At Clover Customs, many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, which means all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:
- custom embroidery
- personalized color selections
- made-to-order production
Please carefully review all order details, hat selections, thread colors, and shipping information before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly work to make it right.
